Duke Ellington Deli

I had an issue with the order. One of the items I ordered wasnt in the bag. Understandably, mistakes happen and I wasnt mad about it at all and just called customer service and boy I tell ya*, I havent had such an extremely pleasant experience in a while. The associate I dealt with handled the situation with extreme care and so smoothly that I couldnt even believe it took so little time to resolve the issue. It was going to be the first time I stay and take a survey but the phone just hung up after the call and unfortunately didnt get to leave him an excellent survey. If anyone reads these things please make sure this guys manager is aware that he did an excellent job and Im glad yall hired him.

Was told when I called to order a sandwich with ham that they no longer carry any pork items so I'm confused as to why it's still listed on here. Will order from a different place from now on. Used to be a good place to order breakfast etc from. Hope the new owners rethink the decision

Nice big portion of french fries. Delish. The chicken gyro was the best I've had. I usually get a chicken gyro from across the street from deli at chirping chicken but they've gotten skimpy w too little chicken. Go here instead! BEST Chicken GYRO Ever. Nice delivery guy, too.

This is my go to spot. The food is great the delivery doesn't take forever and I love the fact that you can get groceries delivered also is great. The only problem is the prices of groceries almost doubled the grocery store. But other than that small thing it is great.

I order from here over and over again. The food is delicious and always correct. If I forget something I call the store directly and they add it with no problem. I recommend Duke Ellington Deli, and I will continue to order from here.

I ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger w/ fries and an order of Chicken Wings around 4AM. Quoted a 40 minutes delivery time, and it arrived in under 25 minutes! VERY FAST delivery.

Food was good. Pro tip, the bacon made the burger. Also, didn't read it comes with mayo, I'd request mustard, but that's minor. Fries were hot and good, thick steak kind of fries. Chicken wings do not come with a sauce on them (I think ranch was included?), but were juicy, hot and flavorful (if slightly overdone).

Bottom line: FAST delivery (at least at 4AM), hot and decent food, especially considering the LOW PRICES. I'd order the same thing again (with mustard, no mayo haha).

I have been ordering from here around 5 times a week for the past few months . I work night shifts and order at very unusual hours and they are ALWAYS on time and ALWAYS reliable. Solid deli sandwiches and big selection, but most importantly, the only place in the neighborhood that has consistently delivered on time and accurately so I trust them.

Fast, hot, and good. I was always iffy about ordering from a corner deli/bodega but I'm so mad at myself for not ordering from here sooner. Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Delux with onion rings and the Chopped Cheese Hero and everything was awesome. The onion rings were hot and crispy and the sandwiches were still hot.

Quality is adequate.Food tastes good, but the presentation could be better.(For example, the pancakes could look better.The omelet could also look better... it seems like the omelet is something Id expect from a food truck -- quick and dirty work, but cheap.)

My go to - go too go to go to - been in this hood for 40 years and this place right here has been nothing but good and clear that they offer best prices and value top dollar and hamburgers for the hood masses and classes in hot coffee paper mugs and glasses! Word em ups!
